How to prepare the ground for laying your synthetic grass ?
Prepare the soil
The ground must be weeded. Use a total weed killer for fast and effective action.
Break the clods, remove debris and roots
If the soil is difficult to work, water it on the surface
Cover with sand to even the ground and fill the holes.
Compact by hand or with a vibrating plate.
Level to get a perfectly flat ground or, failing that, with soft shapes.
In the end, the soil must be: clean, equalized, drained and compact.
Lay the geotextile
To prevent regrowth of weeds, the geotextile must cover the entire surface Unwrap the geotextile along a rim
Place the rolls by placing them about 5 cm
Staple angles
The surface is ready for laying artificial turf !
